An Internal Security Act detainee, M Manoharan will be contesting in the Kota Alam Shah state Assembly seat. Manoharan is a lawyer and Hindraf leader.

It will be interesting to see how this one develops. What happens if he wins? Will he be freed? or will he just be released to attend the state assembly and be put back to detention each night.
I sure hope he wins. If the voters voted for him than it is a clear sign that the people are against the ISA.
